jl44 Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "jl44," "we," "us," "our" refers to jl44 and its affiliated operating entities that own and operate the jl44 online gaming platform accessible at jl44.one.
• "Platform" means the jl44 website, mobile-optimized interface, and all associated gaming services, tools, and features available at jl44.one.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the jl44 Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered player account created by you on the jl44 Platform.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by you into your jl44 Account using approved payment methods.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits, free spins, or other incentive funds credited to your Account by jl44 subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it or any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body overseeing gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "PHP" or "₱" means Philippine Peso, the currency in which all jl44 Accounts are denominated.
• "Terms" means these Terms & Conditions as amended from time to time.

By accessing the jl44 Platform, creating an Account, or placing any wager, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform. These documents collectively form the entire agreement between you and jl44.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the jl44 Platform and close your Account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and maintain an Account on the jl44 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations applicable to casino-style online gambling.
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is lawful and not prohibited by applicable local law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of jl44 or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment processors.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from jl44 or had an Account closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact number. jl44 reserves the right to request supporting documentation — including a government-issued ID such as a Philippine passport, SSS card, driver's license, or PhilSys national ID — to verify your identity at any time.

jl44 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) Account only on the jl44 Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, jl44 will close all but the original Account, and any Bonus Balances associated with duplicate Accounts will be forfeited. Real Money Balances in duplicate Accounts may be returned to the player at jl44's discretion following identity verification.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any other person. jl44 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

You must notify jl44 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account by contacting our support team. jl44 may temporarily suspend your Account pending investigation of any reported unauthorized access.

• Account credentials must not be shared with any third party under any circumstances.
• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, whether authorized by you or not, unless you have notified jl44 of unauthorized access.
• jl44 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP for enhanced Account security.
• Accounts that have been inactive for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. jl44 will notify you via your registered contact details before applying any dormancy policy.

All deposits and withdrawals on the jl44 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jl44 supports the following approved payment methods for Filipino players:

• GCash
• PayMaya / Maya
• Bank transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank
• Philippine-issued debit cards

Deposits are generally credited to your Account in real time or within a few minutes of confirmation by the payment provider. jl44 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing times, or network outages beyond our control.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. jl44 reserves the right to request KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal processing times are typically within one (1) to five (5) business days, depending on the payment method selected.

jl44 reserves the right to impose minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits, which are displayed within your Account dashboard. These limits may be adjusted for VIP players or as part of responsible gaming measures applied to your Account.

All funds deposited into your jl44 Account must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of associated funds pending investigation.

jl44 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements stated on the relevant promotion page at the time the bonus is claimed. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

General bonus conditions applicable to all jl44 promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed identity verification and are in good standing with jl44.
• Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless otherwise stated.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any Bonus Balance or associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• jl44 reserves the right to determine which games contribute to wagering requirements and at what percentage. Live table games and certain specialty games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.
• Bonuses have an expiry period as stated in the specific promotion terms. Unclaimed or unexpired bonuses that have not met wagering requirements by the expiry date will be forfeited.
• jl44 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a player's Account will be honoured subject to the applicable wagering requirements.

All games available on the jl44 Platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. By participating in any game, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

jl44's games are provided by licensed third-party game providers and proprietary jl44 Originals. All games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, real-time dealing conducted by trained dealers. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for each game are available within the game information panel.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, jl44 will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue and restore the game to its last valid state. Where this is not possible, the affected wager may be voided and the staked amount returned to your Real Money Balance. jl44's decision in such matters is final.

• Bets placed and accepted by the system are binding. jl44 will not reverse a bet after it has been accepted, except in cases of verified technical error.
• jl44 reserves the right to void any bet or game round where there is evidence of technical error, data corruption, or manipulation.
• Maximum win limits per game session may apply and are displayed within the relevant game interface.
• Sports betting markets are subject to separate sports betting rules available on the jl44 Sports page.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jl44 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one Account or assisting another person in circumventing the single-account rule.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, chip dumping, or coordinated play designed to defraud jl44 or other players.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in a manner that provides an unintended advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the jl44 Platform or its underlying software.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jl44 staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.

All content on the jl44 Platform — including but not limited to the jl44 name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and user interface design — is the exclusive intellectual property of jl44 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jl44 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any jl44 content without prior written consent.
• Use jl44 trademarks, logos, or branding in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation.
• Create derivative works based on any jl44 content or software.
• Use any data mining, scraping, or automated data collection tools on the Platform.

Any unauthorized use of jl44's intellectual property may result in Account termination and legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by jl44.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jl44 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorized Account access where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game due to technical issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond jl44's reasonable control.
• Errors in game outcomes caused by third-party software providers, subject to jl44's obligations to investigate and resolve such errors in good faith.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers or Philippine banking institutions.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate.

jl44's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit jl44's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

jl44 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and player wellbeing. We recognize that gambling can become harmful for some individuals, and we take our obligations to protect vulnerable players seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all jl44 Account holders at no cost and can be activated directly from your Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your Account.
• Loss Limits: Set limits on the maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set reminders or hard limits on the duration of your gaming sessions.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic notifications showing how long you have been playing and your net gaming activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the jl44 Platform. Self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to permanent closure. During a self-exclusion period, your Account will be locked and you will not receive any marketing communications from jl44.
• Account Cooling-Off: Take a short break from gaming by placing your Account in a cooling-off state for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.

jl44 enforces a strict 21+ age policy. We use age verification procedures during registration and reserve the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Underage gambling is illegal and will not be tolerated on the jl44 Platform.

jl44 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any other jl44 policy.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable time following a request by jl44.
• Suspected involvement in fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 8.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Account holder.
• A regulatory direction or court order requiring Account suspension or closure.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering or other financial crime.

Upon Account closure, jl44 will return any verified Real Money Balance to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any required identity verification and the deduction of any amounts owed to jl44. Bonus Balances and associated winnings that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting jl44 customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

jl44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jl44 will notify registered players via the email address or contact number associated with their Account, and will publish the updated Terms at jl44.one/terms-conditions with a revised effective date.

Your continued use of the jl44 Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 12.

jl44 recommends that you review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes. The version number and effective date at the top of this document indicate the current version in force.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and jl44, we encourage you to first contact our customer support team to seek an informal resolution. jl44 is committed to resolving player complaints fairly and promptly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of your initial complaint, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate regulatory body or to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines. jl44 operates under PAGCOR oversight, and players may also escalate unresolved complaints to PAGCOR through its official complaint channels.

You agree that any legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be conducted exclusively in the courts of the Philippines, and you irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
